The Tariff Policy: the Necessity of Changes
The article evaluates the progress in energy sector transformation in Belarus in the context of the energy tariff policy. The main approaches of energy tariffs formation under macro-economic instability and absence of restructuring are analyzed. The review of transforma-tion of energy sector in Central and Eastern European countries is presented. Evolution of the different approaches of formation tariffs for different groups of customers in 1995-2001 is analyzed.
