Belarusian small and medium business: results of activity and development trends
The paper assesses performance of Belarusian SME in 2013-2014. The results are generally controversial. On the one hand, small and medium business is gradually restoring its positions lost in 2011, and in most cases looks optimistically at its opportunities. On the other hand, growth rates of the domestic SME are still low. Therefore, it is not clear if Belarusian SME will play the role as important as the government expect them to.
